I think your article is absolutely amazing and totally truthful. There are many other notable sources that mirror exactly what these 15 foods are all about. By the way I actually love drinking a shot glass full of Bragg's Organic Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar each and every night. Yes, it's rather tangy and some might find it very difficult to consume. But, it's a great and essential nutrient.

Hass Avocados are the tastiest in my opinion. They are smaller and more like an individual size...I can eat a whole one in one sitting.

When drinking apple cider vinegar with a glass of water, why wouldn't you sweeten it naturally with honey instead of Stevia or saccharin, which are both chemicals. Honey is a natural sweetener and is very sweet, so you don't need much to overpower the hardness of the apple cider vinegar, which by the way, should really be an organic apple cider vinegar.

I use 1 part honey to 4 or 5 parts vinegar. (You can adjust to taste, but don't over-do the honey or you'll defeat the purpose of the apple cider vinegar.) Mix it in a glass jar. Mix well. You can store it in the refrigerator for quite a while. When you want to make a beverage, just put a tablespoon or 2 or 3 in a glass of warm water. It's actually pretty good!
