Cut two lemons, squeeze out the juice in a cup. cut the lemon back into pieces, put in a pot, add 2 tables spoon full of tumeric, 1 tablespoon full of cinnamon, ground ginger and 4 cloves of garlic,Sir  1 teaspoon of black pepper and 75cl  of water. Boil for 20mins. Allow to cool add the squeezed out lemon juice and store in the fridge. Take a teacup measure in a big cup mixed with hot water every morning. You can add half spoon of honey.]]></description>
