					<description><![CDATA[I enjoy reading nutritional advice and try to put it to use. The challenge is there is so much. Each day I seem to hear about a herb or new supplement which can benefit the liver, lower blood pressure, stabilize bp, etc. If I did everything I would be extremely busy and much poorer. I would find it helpful if someone would condense all the advice into a workable plan. Perhaps others might find this helpful too.]]></description>
