MACA may cause hair loss due to hormone change. Maybe a small daily dose consistent so hormones stay the same may help hair loss? If own hormone can adjust then maybe that is not a problem. Each person will need to figure out the best way to take it. MACA is on Amazon and health food stores. MACA works fast/awesome. People maybe estrogen dominant due to meat/dairy/soy/BPA/chemicals/own fat making estrogen/The Pill/baby formula etc.. Estrogen may cause swelling/inflammation. Gluten/GMO/dairy/soy/sugar may cause swelling. Fixing the diet and stopping food etc that cause estrogen dominance may help in addition to MACA.
