I’m wondering if adding Alcohol Infused Ginger (as well as other substances) to a boiling water tea might preserve the good stuff while evaporating off the alcohol?]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I love ginger and I love Roobios tea which you have also featured. I have a large thermos, 1 1/2 litres.  I put several slices of fresh ginger into this with ONE teabag of Rooboch.  I put in enough boiling water to cover this and leave overnight. In the morning I top  up the thermos with boiling water. I can then drink this mix all day long. The tea never gets too strong. This is both healthy and delicious.  If it is cold weather and I have a whisky I will top up the glass with my tea mix, the ginger tastes lovely with the whisky and it is a lovely warming drink.]]></description>
