					<description><![CDATA[Anyone who is peeing too often at night or during the day would benefit from an appointment to see  a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist.  It is not a good idea to tell people to do Kegels without them seeing a PF Physical Therapist.  Most people do not know how to do a kegel properly, your PT can teach you, IF that is the right course for you.  If you have overactive/tight pelvic floor muscles and you continue to do kegels you will be making things worse for yourself.  
Also don’t stop your stream of urine to practice kegels.  This is counterproductive.  When we sit to urinate instead we want to relax the pelvic floor muscles to allow all of the urine to be released, which could save you another trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night.]]></description>
