Check out pasture raised pork, no corn no soy no antibiotics amd no meds!! Fed barley fodder amd veggies, fermented foods and naturally living out doors, no stress and heritage genetics! That pig
Meat is Red! Lower in omega 6 amd higher in omega 3!

Learn about pastured pork and it’s flavor and health benefits. Ckmeatclub. Com

I’ve always been perplexed as to why Vegans would target beef. If your goal is to keep animals from being killed, wouldn’t large ruminants be the last animal you’d want to target? Wouldn’t the hundreds of small animals that are killed to get the same quantity of meat as cattle be what you’d want to target? They also like to ignore the hundreds of millions more creatures killed to grow their beans and other veg.

Without question, regeneratively raised cattle and bison on grasslands kills the least number of animals and has the least environmental impact per calorie. Especially when you consider the bioavailability of nutrients.

I can understand why wannabe environmentalists, who use poorly compiled data, claim that beef is the worlds biggest problem. They however conveniently overlook the high cost of tilling up grasslands that are equally as good at sequestering carbon when compared to the same acreage of trees. They also ignore all of the toxic chemicals used and runoff that pollute our waterways. Why they’re not 100% focused on fossil fuels, which is the real elephant in the room is again, perplexing to say the least.

It makes me wonder if these people are merely ignorant of the facts and simply misled by bad data or if there is a much more sinister, corporate hand in this targeting of red meat in a plot to sell the world on more, highly profitable, cheap grains and faux meat products.

Those are not “studies” that “prove” red meat is worse for all cause mortality. Those are corollary studies where data was cherry picked from food questionaries in which people said that they ate red meat as part of a meal. Those “studies” conveniently leave out the part where people also ate items like french fries, sugary condiments, breads, faux, seed oil butter, soybean oil dressings, sugary sodas and other carbohydrate heavy side dishes that were eaten with that token, 2-3 ounces of red meat.

Don’t blame the meat for what the side dishes, condiments and drinks did to wreck people’s health.

I must chime in, and applaud you on the absolutely stellar article you wrote here! I wholeheartedly agree with all you wrote, and am so very pleased that you took the time to organize your research, experience and thoughts in such a cohesive, ease-to-read manner. Anybody could (and should) understand the important points you made here; I daresay that if the ones who are known as "educated experts" were to suddenly have an epiphany like this...the world would instantly change for the better! It would finally put to rest, that pesky, long-held and ill-conceived notion that "global warming" comes from farming cattle! More importantly, you took ALL aspects of this multifaceted argument: misconceptions about the health, the agricultural and the repercussions of it all...and laid it out so logically, that I am amazed! Thank you, I'm saving this one! :-)
