					<description><![CDATA[Thankyou for this article. I have been eating Paleo for a few months now, and having suffered from excema for 55 yrs have slowly watched my skin clearing. My energy have also increased, and my sleep have improved. Also my moods are very upbeat. My diet mainly consists of Wild Sockeye Salmon, Sardines, and plenty of lightly cooked and raw vegies. No fruit at the moment, as it upsets me. Plenty of bone broth, 2tbs apple cider vinegar with the Mother, Calcium Magnesium co ensyme 10 Probiotics, + hydrocloric acid, and 5tbs milled linseed a day. I havent used hydrocortisone cream for over 1 month now. I used to have to use it every week.]]></description>
