					<description><![CDATA[Due to digestion issues, I believe I haven&#039;t always gotten the nutrients I need even when eating healthy &#038; thus have the typical auto-immune (thyroid) aches &#038; pains. In addition to these, I experience an occasional uncomfortable bladder/kidney feeling. I&#039;ve found that a small amount of baking soda in water really helps me feel considerably better, no matter the discomfort; however I&#039;ve read recent medical updates about the controversy over whether baking soda is as safe for the heart as it once was. So, I enjoyed this article &#038; would love to know comments relating to this. Is it still safe for some things such as pain yet might not be good for the heart - how about kidneys, etc.?]]></description>
