That&#039;s a tough one to cover in a comment as it could be related to a number of things from medications to activity levels to caffeine too late in the day, to blue light from electronics (including watching television too close to bed), etc.  But, have you tried rubbing magnesium oil on parts of your skin before bed? That can help you sleep. In addition to melatonin there are also herbal teas that help one fall asleep. Tart cherry juice has shown to help with sleep as well.]]></description>
