Every year they are loaded with bright red cherries.I bag and freeze them but would like to find other ways to preserve them??

I can attest to "Tart Cherry" being very effective for gout, 1TBS concentrate mixed in an 8oz glass of water once or twice a day will do wonders for keeping gout at bay or helping to quickly to stop an attack. I would strongly advise anyone taking "allopurinol" to research the side effects of this drug, especially if you are older.
