I was checking each food you recommended and I must say being French from the Riviera and here in the States since 1964 I&#039;ve been eating everything you say except the catsnip.  I&#039;m still a 79 old fart  but I eat oysters all the time, beets on m y grocery list, sardines, avocados etc...

I think ALOT of that depends on just how OLD you think you are. I am 74 and I don&#039;t believe it. Nonsense, I tell myself. My body might be, but my MIND is only 44. THINKING YOUNG will keep you younger. My libido is good. Better at 74 than it was at 54 seriously. Think about the fun a lot. I think most men over 70 need to get their sex drive back in shape. IF you are 80 dear and you have the desire so be it. Make it happen. IF you have a heart that is in good shape and you take it show and easy and only move as fast as you can then get your doctor to prescribe Viagra or Cialis or some medicine for it and I think that might help.
