My question is not related to vitamin C, although I’ve always thought of it the way this article ponders about it, even when people were saying it had nothing to do with the process of ‘colds’, because my experience was completely different, vitamin C kept me immune to ‘colds’, it was and is a fact.
Okay, what I want to know is about the real source of tinnitus, it´s usually explained as something that has many causes mostly associated with the ear, is that so? Because in one of your bulletins you said that the cause was something that had nothing to do with the ear, why don´t you send a PDF explanation about it, the video you sent in the past was soon censured by Google, therefor I couldn’t get to see it.

In reply to <a href="https://thenutritionwatchdog.com/vitamin-c-and-your-immune-system/#comment-164010">George Rowe</a>.

Hi George. That's great that you've had such great results for so long. Keep it up! The rest of that sentence says that we can't create Vitamin C on our own - so 'humans are one of the only species who cannot create vitamin C in their bodies", meaning we have to get it from outside sources via food/drink/supplements. Our amazing bodies can create some nutrients on their own to varying degrees based on overall health

I have been taking large quantities of Vit C (usually along with garlic) for 50+ years
and have excellent results. Doses are often 8000 mg each with no problems and lost of benefits.

What does "humans are one of the only species" mean?
